How to View Your Data Storage in Taliho

Taliho offers various subscription tiers, each with its own data storage allowance. Monitoring your storage usage helps you stay within your plan's limits while optimizing space. Taliho’s unique structure allows you to conserve storage by “pointing” to files on external servers, such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, or integrated platforms like Procore, rather than duplicating them within Taliho. Only files manually uploaded to Taliho count towards your storage quota, ensuring efficient data management. Here’s how to check your storage usage in Taliho:

Step 1: Access the Settings Tab

Start by navigating to the Settings tab in the sidebar menu on the left side of your dashboard. This area lets you manage essential settings, including data storage.

Step 2: Open Company Info

Within the Settings tab, select the Company Info module. This will direct you to the page where you can view your storage usage and other company details.

Step 3: Check Storage Usage

On the Company Info page, locate the Storage section. Taliho provides a visual representation of your data storage usage here: • Uploaded Files: Any files you manually upload to Taliho are counted towards your allotted storage space. • Externally Linked Files: Files stored on external platforms, such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, and Procore, can be “pointed to” by Taliho without consuming Taliho storage. This setup helps maximize your available space. This storage overview allows you to see both your usage and remaining space before reaching your plan’s limit. If needed, you can upgrade your Taliho plan at any time to increase your data storage allowance.

Efficient Data Management, Consolidation, and Cost Savings with Taliho

Taliho’s integration with external platforms enables users to consolidate data stored across various locations by “pointing” to files rather than storing duplicates within Taliho. This approach allows clients to bring together information that may be siloed across different systems—whether it’s on Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or Procore—making it accessible through a single QR code interface. By linking to data without consuming additional storage, Taliho not only streamlines data access but also helps reduce costs by minimizing the need for extra storage. This method provides flexibility for expanding projects and keeps storage costs low, allowing users to focus resources where they’re needed most.
