Step 1: Access the Settings Tab

Start by navigating to the Settings tab in the sidebar menu on the left side of your dashboard. This area lets you manage essential settings, including data storage.

Step 2: Open Company Info

Within the Settings tab, select the Company Info module. This will direct you to the page where you can view your storage usage and other company details.

Step 3: Check Storage Usage

On the Company Info page, locate the Storage section. Taliho provides a visual representation of your data storage usage here: • Uploaded Files: Any files you manually upload to Taliho are counted towards your allotted storage space. • Externally Linked Files: Files stored on external platforms, such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, and Procore, can be “pointed to” by Taliho without consuming Taliho storage.
