How To Share Data from Procore Tools in Taliho

Sharing your Procore data is simple and efficient with Taliho Quick Codes. A Quick Code is a single-use QR code that dynamically connects to the latest data in your Procore project, ensuring seamless distribution of critical information.

Tools Available from Procore

With Taliho, you can connect to data from any of the Procore tools, such as:

Select a Project

From the Company Dashboard, select the project associated with the tool data you wish to share. For example, you may wish to share data from the Documents tool in Procore.

Open Quick Codes

From the Project Dashboard, go to the “Quick Codes” module and click “Create.”

Choose Procore QR Code

In the pop-up, select the “Procore QR Code” option.

From the list of Procore Tools, choose the tool you need (e.g. "Documents").

Create and Sync

Click “Create.” Taliho will generate a QR Code labeled with the tool you selected in the previous step and sync it with the latest data from Procore.

Download, Print and Post

Navigate to the “Download & Print Options” to print the QR Code as stickers, signage, or letter-sized sheets. Post it in convenient locations to ensure quick, easy access for field teams. Learn more about downloading or printing QR codes.
